I have a couple of hundred coopers bottles used repeatedly and don’t think I have had a problem that I could blame on the bottles. I take the tamper ring off the caps before first use.

This would be great. I have the none wifi version but the heater plug socket sounds like something will break when I plug the heat belt in. :-(

Looks great. It gets very cold in the Hills. This would be great to back up heating in winter. Don’t want to ruin a brew if a heater gives up and the yeasties get too cold. It can ruin a brew
I have an old black rubber heat belt connected to an Ink Bird temp controller. It hangs there like a noose terrifying me and causing nightmares. A nice blue heat mat looks like a smurf has been run over and I could dream that it was me that did it and have deep happy peaceful restful sleep.

Took a hydrometer sample today after 11 days at 17c and it’s down to 1006 !!!
Tastes good. Will bottle it Sunday.
is it going to be thin and dry? I might try my other (coopers) hydrometer before bottling just to be sure.
