    Not A Fan Of Cider

Ill try that out. All those added fruit ones are rubbish, the ones I have had remind me of bubble gum artificial flavours. Still reckon its better to make your own.

That's not a Bon Jovi song ! So Truman, what are some subjects that you are knowledgeable on ? It would be good to know we can turn to you from time to time. And you need to observe that while I was the first to pull you up on your laziness and dependance on others, the number of impatient...

    No Chill/... Some Chill?

When I nochill, if the recipe calls for a late addition (less than 20 minutes, or the cube addition), I will run a couple of litres into a saucepan when Im transferring, and do a hop boil, then add back to the fermenter. Easy, and quick.

    New To Ag

Come on, man. Why support the idea that BIAB is difficult by responding to cross examinations of every nuance ? My offer above is genuine by the way.

    New To Ag

Dude, BIAB is dead simple, dont escalate it into something its not. Where are you in Sydney ? If you want to come around over the holiday break, I'll cut a piece of voile up(BribieG styles), we'll do a brew, get 85% extraction efficiency, and you'll go "****, that was nothing to examine to...

    New Brews At Local Woolies

Four Pines are pushing themselves into the market in a huge way. Ive seen the Kolsch and the pale at several pubs and indie botle shops in the last month, now Woolworths. Good on them ! Cant say I love the bottled Kolsch, its better on tap at their Manly premises.

    Not A Fan Of Cider

Someone shouted me one of these recently, and I was quite impressed. Typically I'm sick of commercial ciders, so it was a welcome surprise. http://www.bilpincider.com

Little Creatures make "Dirty Granny" right ? That's such shit, I had one last week. And as for 5 Seeds, ******* hell, that's a headache in a bottle for me.

We will get an administrator straight onto correcting that ... oh wait, they only cash the big cheques, without doing anything for the forum or the members wellbeing that make it the business community it is today. My bad.

    On Tap @ Harts

I really want to try Gerard Meare's new brews. His site doesnt mention it being sold at Harts, but are you planning to get a few kegs in ? And he REALLY needs to start brewing his chocolate porter again !

    What Happened To Brigalow?

Come to think of it, not only does my local Kmart not have beer stuff, the one near my place of work doesnt either ! Fuckers, and I was going to make a brutal 5-can barley wine for the next state comp.
