    Whats In The Glass

WEAL, what is your batch size(personal question I know!). I just see you're able to get through a lot of different styles, and often have mutiple batches conditioning at the same time....

    Neipa hop suggestions

Citra and Mosaic is a classic -pretty well most breweries have given that combo a go(or at least thats what the memes suggest). For my NEIPA I don't use any boil hops and use 85g of each at a 78C whirlpool for 15 mins, then drop hop twice(85g of each both times), once at terminal gravity after...

Apologies if this is a bit of a simple question - but where does the probe of the STC (temperature controller) come from? The glychol in solution?

Alternative to cooling coil. Dual Temperature Vest.

I noticed it and then tried to find it on their website :) Thats good though, will keep it even more afforable. I really like it. I have a number of different size fermenters I've accumulated over the years and it could easily be adopted for keg dispensing.

These are very very cool. Probably talking about a 6/8kg ice bank plus the jacket plus some glycol?

Has anyone tried "Punchy Concentrated Natural Flavours"?

Yes I've tried a number of punchy flavours. Some in beer. Some in hard seltzers and sours. For beers I've tried Grapefruit in a WC IPA and chocholate in a milk stout. Grapefruit was just a bit too bitter to my taste. I added .3ml in a schooner and the taste is just a little over-powering. I...

    Punk IPA - Scottish IPA

I've brewed it a few times. Can be difficult to source some of the hops (particularly Ahtahnum) For all these DIY Dog recipes I put the 'middle' hops in at 15mins and the end hops at 0 mins, or a whirlpool, depending on how much time I have that brew day. After fermentation and a diacetly rest...

    KegLand Questions and Answers

You can probably make it up fairly easily. Just get a 4" to 2" adapter, then all the hop bong parts. Here's kegland's adapter https://www.kegland.com.au/2-inch-to-4-inch-tri-clover-reducer.html
