    Definitely a good yeast for dark beers as mentioned and high OG. Other than those, it’s a poor flocca and requires extra attention for Pales if one likes a clear beer. Haysie

    How many fermentors do you use?

    I have at last count 11 on the go, 1 stainless for brewing beer and 10 plastic ones for growing potatoes.
