Brewing of course!!!<br />Started with kits in 1990.<br />Moved to using malt extracts and adding my own hops after that.<br />Did my first full mash in 1998 (which was actually a total disaster mainly due to poor equipment) have been full mashing ever since.<br />Other interests include amateur astronomy, boxing and indoor cricket.
