Hey Guys,

I'm about to attempt a Coopers Pale Ale style brew. I'm tossing up two different hops schedules using Pride of Ringwood Pellets (8.3%)

1. 45g Pride of Ringwood Pellets (8.3%) for 60mins

or

2. 15g Pride of Ringwood Pellets (8.3%) for 60mins
15g Pride of Ringwood Pellets (8.3%) for 15mins
15g Pride of Ringwood Pellets (8.3%) for 0mins

What do you reckon? How do you get that nice coopers hoppy taste? :icon_drool2: By late additions, or is pride of ringwood too harsh for that? I've heard the pellets in particular can be too harsh.

ps i'm using recultured coopers yeast

cheers,
