New style I am working on, Laundry sink lambic.

Get 50g of spent english hops, 40g of spent saaz and 35g of spent galaxy and add to a laundry sink

Leave town for a couple of days during some hot weather.

Come back, collect hops, strain and rinse with enough water to collect 5L, then bottle.

Yep, 15g of CaSO4 and 2g of CaCl - should help the hops cut through the sour funk :)

I vote we move that to the thread titled:

"Does this look infected?"

:D

Just bottle it, the sour flavour may mellow with time

That's actually how beer was made back in 847 AD.

Get it into ya, ya big girl's blouse.

I'd try it LOL. But then again I'd try most things that don't involve injection.

Might let it sit there for a few more days, give the 'yeast' a chance to clean up any off flavours.

Don't forget to check the gravity before bottling

Wouldn't want exploding bottles

What was the grain bill for that one? Is yr airlock bubbling?
