I have actually had work to do at work the last couple of days so no, I havent contacted him yet.
I will send a mail and definately follow up tomorrow.

I think its only fair that they get replaced if we have been provided with the wrong part.

Just got of the phone to Greg.
He has agreed the bracket has been bent the wrong way.
Everyone that ordered a bracket (or 2) will have new ones sent out, bent the right way this time.

They will be sent out late this week and early next week so be patient brewers.

Behalf of Giles Matthews and myself, pleased to say they have arrived. Thanks a lot.

Haven't had a chance to play with it yet, besides trying to work out the bracket puzzle, but looking forward to sometime very soon.
