I've just made the conversion from tap water to mineral water, as the stuff coming out of the tap down here has taken on a particular nasty tang. As I sit here waiting for the next hop addition to go in, I took a cursory glance at the "nutritional information" on the side of the water box...

100% pure - the micro-analysis states there are no minerals / electrolytes in the water at all, just good old H and O, in the usual 2:1 ratio

I'm currently brewing up some APA's, and whilst it's too late for this brew, I'm wondering if there's anything I should be adding to the brew to supplement the pureness of the water. I have a vague recollection of reading that yeasts quite like the odd mineral or two...

Thanks in advance,

AB.
