Brewer's Notes

First BIAB stovetop run,would use a hop sock/strain through swiss voile next time to clean up the hop pellet sediment. Probably not necessary but that's all I'd change

Mashed in @ 71 degrees C. and over 60 mins. ended up at 66 degrees,mashed out @ 75 degrees,removed the grain, then got the boil going and added:

21g Tettnang(60 mins)
15g Hallertauer(10 mins)
10 g Tettnang(5 mins)
10g Hersbrucker(5 mins)
Whirfloc tab(5 mins)

Wyeast 2308 (Munich Lager)
