I made a coopers starter from a few stubbies of CPA last thursday or friday night (not sure which) I made it in a sanitised jug and covered it with glad wrap. This morning is the first signs of life i've seen with a slight ring around the edge of fresh bubbles, it still smells coopers-ish. Was planning on pitching into my gallipoli ale by tommorrow arvo but had just about given up on the starter and was going to go with a packet of nottingham. So the question is: Will the starter be ok after such a long period of inactivity? What are my chances of an unnoticed infection?

Cheers
